MESOPOTAMIAN ACHIEVEMENTS - AN OVERVIEW

Following the establishment from the Dominion of Pakistan in 1947, the laws on the erstwhile British Raj remained in force. At no stage in Pakistan's legal record was there an intention to start the statute e-book afresh. The founder of Pakistan, Muhammad Ali Jinnah had a vision regarding the legislation of Pakistan, to implement a system in accord
